Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect merchandise arriving at the boutique to integrate it into physical stock.
- Condition and dispatch merchandise to be returned to the manufacturer at the end of the collection.
- Maintain stock organization, including re-labeling and arranging items.
- Execute inter-store transfers and manage e-commerce requests, including transfers and pickings validation.
- Prepare weekly activity reports detailing received items and completed transfers.
- Prepare product shipments to the manufacturer for quality returns.
- Condition, verify, and execute client shipments within the scheduled timeframe.
- Participate in weekly rotating inventories to control stock, identify discrepancies, and report to management.
- Collaborate with the stock manager during quarterly inventories, including preparation, scanning, organizing, and counting.
- Receive and organize various ordered products related to activity, such as packaging and shoe trees.
