Berluti seeks a Sales Associate in Cannes (fixed-term, May 2026) to deliver luxury menswear, footwear and leather goods sales with exceptional service.

Berluti is a Parisian Maison specialising in men's shoes, leather goods and ready-to-wear, recognised for artisanal patina and couture-level finishing. The brand operates an international boutique network and is part of the LVMH group, combining heritage craftsmanship with an increasingly lifestyle-oriented product offer.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a highly personalised and ceremonial sales experience to local and international clients.
  • Welcome, advise and cultivate long-term relationships with clients across footwear, leather goods and ready-to-wear ranges.
  • Close sales and actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store revenue and KPI targets.
  • Execute and support visual merchandising initiatives to maintain boutique standards and product presentation.
  • Manage after-sales processes including alterations, repairs and client follow-up to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury footwear or men's ready-to-wear sales.
  • Fluent spoken English is essential; proficiency in French is strongly advantageous.
  • Additional language skills such as Russian or Hindi are a plus.
  • Demonstrated clienteling ability with an aptitude for building trust with demanding, international clientele.
  • Personal qualities: enthusiasm, commercial creativity, responsiveness, rigour and strong team spirit.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience selling luxury men's footwear or ready-to-wear, preferably within boutique or premium retail environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury retail is advantageous.
