Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and apprentices, ensuring alignment with managerial and HR requirements.
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for interns and apprentices, fostering community engagement.
  • Support managers in mid-term and final evaluations to promote internal mobility within LVMH.
  • Define and execute campus management strategies in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Organize recruitment events and forums with educational institutions.
  • Participate in employer branding events in conjunction with LVMH.
  • Prepare employment offers and administrative documents in collaboration with the Payroll team.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of interns and apprentices through various HR inductions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in HR.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion. Agility and autonomy in a dynamic work environment. Customer service orientation.

Experience

A first experience in recruitment is desired, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in HR.
