Role & Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive, check, and process incoming merchandise, ensuring proper placement into stock.
  • Assist in the preparation and packing of stock goods for returns, transfers, and rebalances, ensuring correct documentation.
  • Maintain the organization and presentation of stock areas, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Stock Manager and couriers to ensure smooth shipment flows.
  • Assist with e-commerce tasks, including preparing items for transfer and validating pickings.
  • Process and track items for repair or after-sales service, ensuring timely dispatch and communication with client advisors.
  • Ensure accurate picking and packing of e-commerce orders, adhering to brand standards.
  • Coordinate with shipping platforms for timely dispatch and tracking of orders.
  • Prepare product shipments for quality returns, following established procedures.
  • Receive and store operational supplies, monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management.
  • Participate in monthly and yearly stock counts, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness.
  • Provide occasional floor coverage and assist the sales team during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Proficiency with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the Cegid inventory application is a plus. Familiarity with online shipping platforms such as UPS and DHL. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Understanding of luxury product handling and care. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
