Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site audits and assessments of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with company codes of conduct and industry standards.
- Draft detailed audit reports highlighting non-conformities and areas for improvement.
- Implement and verify corrective actions with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Develop and implement strategies for risk assessment and mitigation related to subcontractor and supplier compliance.
- Conduct risk analyses and propose corrective actions for non-compliance.
- Contribute to the development and updating of company compliance policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of compliance within the company and among subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on risk management and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to strengthen compliance procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices in compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports on audit activities and risk levels for management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Supply Chain Audit roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
