Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Incorporate product knowledge and brand history into the selling process to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
- Build and expand a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Follow up on shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
- Assist in visual merchandising, general housekeeping, and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.
