Berluti in Paris seeks an Accounting Assistant (Apprenticeship) — on-site in Paris 8e, 12–24 months starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the accounting team across client, supplier and general ledger activities during a 12- or 24-month apprenticeship.
  • Client accounting: control sales interfaces and store receipts, process shop cash operations, record bank items, perform bank reconciliations, justify and match client accounts, process e‑commerce cash postings and client invoicing, and maintain client balances.
  • Supplier accounting: follow-up of supplier direct debits, open supplier accounts, verify and process expense reports, and process supplier invoices via Esker.
  • General accounting: assist in tax-related calculations and participate in accounting enquiries and investigations.
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve accounting issues.
  • Attend an induction training on the Maison’s history, products and values; undergo a formal evaluation by the apprenticeship tutor at the end of the contract.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accounting programme (BTS, DUT or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance) eligible for apprenticeship.
  • Strong numerical accuracy, organisational rigour and attention to detail.
  • Proven teamwork, dynamism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Windows Pack Office and comfortable learning new accounting platforms.

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for students seeking an apprenticeship; no prior professional accounting experience required, though any previous internship exposure to accounting processes is advantageous.

Enrolled in an accounting diploma (BTS/DUT) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
