Sales & Education Manager
Benefit Cosmetics in New Delhi seeks a Sales & Education Manager to lead field teams, drive retail sales and manage training and operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly and annual sales targets across all physical retail doors and drive comparable-store growth above market rates.
- Own execution of the promotional calendar in collaboration with marketing to maximise sell-through and campaign ROI in-store.
- Manage inventory priorities to ensure top SKUs (those delivering ~80% of sales) remain in stock, coordinating closely with inventory and supply teams.
- Lead, coach and develop field supervisors and counter teams through on-counter coaching, MJSF tools and tailored action plans.
- Recruit, onboard and retain field staff; ensure all counters are staffed with the right talent and compliant with retailer hiring processes.
- Build and sustain strong retailer and mall-operations relationships to protect brand standards and commercial opportunities.
- Oversee store operations including POS functionality, uniform standards, replenishment of collateral and escalation of issues to IT or suppliers.
- Monitor market and competitor activity, produce monthly reports highlighting achievements and opportunities, and adapt plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Successful completion of Benefit’s assessment centre (presentation and analytical test) is required.
- Proven sales and service track record in prestige or multi-brand beauty retail.
- Experience managing field teams across multiple retail doors; experience in retailers such as Sephora, Nykaa or similar preferred.
- Fluent English (spoken, written and read).
- Strong numerical literacy with the ability to read and analyse sales data.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel (approx. 6+ times per year).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed field teams and delivered sales in multi-brand beauty retail environments.
Education
University degree or equivalent.
