Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve retail sales and service results in assigned locations and accounts.
- Manage budgets and build relationships with key business partners.
- Develop and train teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Schedule and execute monthly training visits for Sephora and utilize specific training modules.
- Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians to reduce turnover and increase productivity.
- Build relationships with cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
- Monitor and coach personnel in product lines, applications, selling techniques, and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales and service, particularly in the beauty industry.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and service, preferably within the beauty industry.
