Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve retail sales targets in collaboration with the Divisional Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with the annual sales budget.
  • Lead and develop a team of Area Managers to enhance customer engagement and sales performance through strategic training and coaching.
  • Exemplify and train on effective sales techniques, including product demonstrations and customer service excellence across the region.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services, including waxing, while maintaining adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Manage stock levels and collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and National Accounts team to prevent stock shortages.
  • Oversee merchandising standards to ensure visual appeal and cleanliness, enhancing customer attraction and satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the brand's mission and supports team engagement and goal achievement.
  • Implement succession planning and talent development strategies to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Conduct regular communication with Area Managers, store management, and head office to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales management, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience
