Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing and Digital Department of Benefit Cosmetics in Portugal.
- Plan and execute content for Instagram and TikTok, including local content creation.
- Engage with social media audiences by responding to comments and messages.
- Coordinate public relations and influencer activities, including identifying new influencers and preparing press kits.
- Monitor e-retail activities, track competitor offers, and suggest best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of in-store projects and 360 dynamics.
- Assist in the launch plans for new products and develop activation strategies.
- Translate product sheets and newsletters.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities and new product launches for the European headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 level); proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 3 months, full-time.
