Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
• Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
• Present and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
• Participate in events at the counter, including new product launches.
• Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
• Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Dynamic, enterprising, and independent.
• Proactive in engaging customers to drive sales.

Experience

Experience in retail or customer contact is required, with a preference for those with a background in cosmetics.
