Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) seeks a temporary Beauty Consultant in Seville to deliver brow services, retail sales and client care.

Overview

Benefit Cosmetics is a global eyebrow‑centric cosmetics brand operating within LVMH's Perfumes & Cosmetics group. Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised client consultations to recommend Benefit products and brow services.
  • Deliver professional eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal services according to brand techniques and hygiene standards.
  • Achieve and contribute to the sales and performance targets of the Brow Bar / point of sale.
  • Manage Brow Bar stock levels and perform inventory control to ensure product availability.
  • Execute merchandising, visual standards and POS guidelines supplied by the Marketing team.
  • Create a positive, brand‑centric experience that communicates Benefit’s personality and drives client loyalty.
  • Foster constructive relationships with the store team and store management.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, including special promotions and product launches, to remain informed and proactive.

Qualifications

  • Vocational or formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image.
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail (customer‑facing sales roles).
  • Practical experience in eyebrow waxing/shaping is strongly desirable.
  • Availability to start immediately and to work a full‑time on‑site schedule.
  • Intermediate level of English is desirable.
  • Demonstrable client orientation, results focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Experience
