Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) seeks a Beauty Consultant in Faro, Portugal to deliver Brow Bar services and drive retail sales.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Brow Bar services including eyebrow shaping and facial waxing to brand standards.
- Provide personalised product consultations and drive retail sales to meet store and Brow Bar targets.
- Manage Brow Bar stock and product replenishment to ensure service continuity.
- Execute visual merchandising and point-of-sale layouts in line with Marketing guidance.
- Build strong rapport with customers and collaborate closely with store management and team members.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and new product launches to inform sales conversations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or formal qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry, or Personal Image.
- Minimum one year of retail experience selling cosmetics or perfumes; eyebrow waxing/shaping experience strongly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Immediate full availability for on-site retail shifts.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume retail sales; direct experience performing eyebrow shaping/waxing or Brow Bar services is advantageous.
Education
Diploma in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image (or equivalent).
