Role & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
- Achieve store sales targets.
- Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services.
- Manage stock levels at the Brow Bar to ensure consistent availability.
- Share passion for the brand with every customer.
- Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance according to marketing guidelines.
- Foster excellent relationships with team members and store management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
- At least one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales; experience with eyebrow waxing is a plus.
- Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
- Full and immediate availability.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales, with a preference for experience in eyebrow waxing.
Education
Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
