Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Benefit products to drive sales.
- Achieve store sales targets.
- Perform brow and facial waxing services.
- Manage stock levels at the Brow Bar.
- Share enthusiasm for the brand with customers.
- Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance according to marketing guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with team members and store management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
- At least one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales; experience in brow waxing is advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Immediate and full availability.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales, with a preference for experience in brow waxing.
Education
Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
