Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of brand strategy through consumer insights, market analysis, and trend evaluation.
- Assist Global Senior Brand Managers in the end-to-end development of new innovations, including creative briefs and NPD collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of new POSM, VAP, and gifting offers in close collaboration with the NPD team.
- Participate in the creation of BTL tools to enhance brand visibility and consumer impact, including retail activations and merchandising tools.
- Develop 360° programs with launch tools for key markets, ensuring seamless execution and KPI tracking with the commercial team.
- Aid in the preparation of major marketing events such as RMM, Energy Summit, and Brand Board.
- Contribute to the creation and presentation of global launch dossiers and ad hoc communication needs.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, public affairs) and external agencies.
- Act as a dynamic brand ambassador to strengthen Belvedere's reputation internally and externally.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities, including the use of Eazybuy for PO creation.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a business school program (Sales & Marketing) or MBA.
- Fluent in English and French.
