Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Collection Merchandisers to shape the Women's Leather Goods collections.
• Construct the collection brief in alignment with brand strategy and business needs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between artistic vision and commercial viability.
• Conduct comprehensive market and performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define and implement a global pricing strategy to meet margin targets.
• Ensure cross-departmental collaboration to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Participate in key stages such as showrooms and collection presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in collection merchandising within the luxury sector.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Proven track record in team management and talent development.
