Balenciaga Wholesale Intern (Summer 2026) — New York, NY. Paid internship ($17/hr) supporting wholesale sales, sample logistics and reporting.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Accompany the sales team on local product‑knowledge clinics and client appointments.
  • Prepare and support wholesale reporting, sales summaries and visual merchandising guides.
  • Track and organise sample requests across design, production, sales and client teams.
  • Liaise with approved wholesale clients to relay product, sample and shipping information.
  • Compile and maintain shipping, sales and inventory reports for the wholesale channel.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the wholesale sales team and Sales Director (LG & RTW).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university programme and eligible to receive academic credit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated strong interest in luxury fashion and wholesale operations.

Experience
