Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment and optimization of wholesale procedures.
  • Support daily management and follow-up of customer returns and complaints.
  • Participate in ensuring customer orders align with sales agreements.
  • Prepare necessary sales documents such as line sheets and sales books.
  • Support in maintaining and updating the client database in coordination with Zone Managers.
  • Contribute to various administrative tasks.
  • Aid in organizing transportation for collections to showrooms and events.
  • Participate in diverse projects.
  • Assist in managing the appointment schedules for buyers during showrooms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business School or University (Bac +5).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive and autonomous with the ability to take initiative while working effectively in a team. Fluency in English, both spoken and written (B2/C1 level).

Experience

A foundational experience in a related field is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
