Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store visual merchandising displays and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising Guidelines across Retail and Wholesale networks.
- Conduct store visits to execute guidelines, manage seasonal launches, and provide training.
- Design and deliver Visual Merchandising supports, guidelines, and projects to store teams.
- Build relationships with store teams and Visual Merchandising contacts.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to align on company strategies.
- Manage and maintain Visual Merchandising tools.
- Work independently on visual merchandising activities while collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Manager in SEAO.
- Prepare and maintain budget control.
- Collaborate with vendors/suppliers on window and light-box installations.
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Arts & Design, Fashion, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
