Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, catalog, and archive fabric swatches.
  • Monitor and alert on the status of ongoing order deliveries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and transporters for follow-ups.
  • Update tracking tools and systems.
  • Manage stock replenishment orders.
  • Assist the team with daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a textile engineering school, fashion school (design or management), or business school.
  • Strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
  • Knowledge of textiles from academic training or previous internships.

Skills

Availability, rigor, and commitment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive with a strong sense of service and teamwork. Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.

Experience

Previous internship experience in a related field is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in textile engineering, fashion design or management, or business.
