Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
• Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
• Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
• Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
• Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
• Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
• Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
• Ensure fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies are well-maintained.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion.
• Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable role, ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.
