Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize product availability in collaboration with Production, Distribution Planning, Merchandising, Retail, and the central warehouse.
- Ensure weekly tracking of product deliveries, including carry-over and new collections.
- Update delivery schedules based on production feedback.
- Lead weekly follow-up meetings with Production teams to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Monitor product receipts at the central warehouse.
- Facilitate smooth and regular communication of delivery statuses to central teams and regions.
- Identify priorities for product launches and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations.
- Implement targeted actions to reduce time to market, considering product typologies and production complexities.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels.
- Anticipate non-delivery risks and propose alternative solutions with Wholesale.
- Update and enhance delivery tracking reports.
- Ensure data reliability and consistency in information systems.
- Analyze logistics performance and propose continuous improvement strategies.
- Contribute to special projects related to the supply chain.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives, including the implementation of new planning tools and process redesigns.
- Develop and evolve management tools and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school.
- Experience as a Supply Planner or Distribution Planner.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in supply chain management, particularly in a luxury fashion context, is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
