Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and achieving sales and KPI targets.
  • Lead and motivate the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with Balenciaga's guidelines.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of feedback.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database, nurturing relationships with VIP clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail and customer service management.
  • Demonstrated inclusive leadership style with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt, persuade, and take calculated risks.
  • High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.

Skills

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Prior experience in retail and customer service management is required, with a focus on people and store operations.
