Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store sales team, including assistant managers and team members, to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
  • Oversee brand engagement activities to maximize store potential and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Manage floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, display, customer service, and operations.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, and continuously evaluate performance.
  • Report to headquarters and share information with the store team.
  • Monitor local competitors and business environment.
  • Support the store in achieving specific qualitative and quantitative goals and lead team leaders.
  • Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve them.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, exemplify brand behaviors, and support the store team in doing the same.
  • Motivate and challenge the store team daily, preparing team and individual activities such as morning briefings and one-on-one meetings.
  • Collaborate with managers to manage staff issues and develop, retain, and support team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining and enhancing brand culture both internally and externally.
  • Oversee clienteling activities, ensuring compliance with headquarters guidelines and maintaining store ambiance in line with brand image.
  • Provide consistent Balenciaga signature experiences and customer engagement, supervising sales activities to meet qualitative standards.
  • Manage client complaints and related sales procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal regulations, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
  • Maintain store image according to Balenciaga standards and ensure team access to necessary resources.
  • Plan, approve, organize, and prepare activities to manage expected workload and provide available resources.
  • Ensure the safety of products and valuable items in the store.
  • Implement retail excellence guidelines in the store, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

  • Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to act in accordance with the brand's image and values.
  • Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

Experience
