Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead and inspire the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with Balenciaga's standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment by attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP clientele.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail and customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
  • Competency in MS Office and digital tools.
