Role & Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Understand and continuously assess the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement actions accordingly.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reports to the Retail Head and store team.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Set clear vision and goals for the team and individuals.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
- Develop and implement development plans for store management and teams, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
- Motivate and challenge store management and teams regularly, organizing qualitative time with the team.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Lead by example in conveying Balenciaga behaviors towards clients.
- Know clients and prospects to define action plans.
- Attract and recruit new clients from personal networks and external partners.
- Develop a clienteling mindset and enhance client loyalty and retention.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
- Ensure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the store.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing a luxury retail store.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
