Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic initiatives across the retail channel to enhance brand positioning.
  • Supervise the store network to ensure business development and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze KPIs to inform and adjust commercial strategies.
  • Support store management activities across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

  • Proven track record in retail management within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive commercial success.
  • Ability to define and execute strategic initiatives.
