Role & Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure goals are met.
- Understand and monitor local business environment, market trends, and competition.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Communicate feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
- Oversee and ensure accurate payroll reporting and scheduling for the store team.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with HR.
- Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching.
- Promote the Balenciaga brand and ensure a consistent client experience.
- Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
- Supervise inventory activities and maintain cost-conscious operations.

- 3 to 5 years of successful managerial experience in the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
