Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of a retail sales team and daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaint resolution.
  • Lead and inspire the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with Balenciaga's standards and requirements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and a culture of feedback.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database, nurturing relationships with valuable clients and VIPs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail and customer service industries, with expertise in people and store operation management.

Skills

Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational capabilities. Adaptability, persuasiveness, and a dynamic approach to risk-taking. High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience
