Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of a retail sales team and daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaint resolution.
- Lead and inspire the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with Balenciaga's standards and requirements.
