Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead and motivate the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with Balenciaga's standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment to attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP clientele.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail and customer service with a focus on people and store operation management.
  • Proven inclusive leadership style and strong organizational skills.

  • High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
