Role & Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales results and conduct regular assessments to ensure goals are met.
- Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and internal process requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and payroll processing.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 people.
- Commitment to innovative projects and inclusive leadership style.
