Role & Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales results and perform regular assessments to ensure goals are met.
- Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering team development and growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Balenciaga's culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and corporate guidelines.
- Oversee store operations, including payroll, scheduling, and inventory management.

- 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of at least 20 people.
- Strong commitment to client experience and loyalty.
