Role & Responsibilities

- Communicate feedback and reports to headquarters and store teams.
- Oversee payroll accuracy and manage store scheduling.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead talent recruitment and development efforts.

- Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and internal guidelines.
- Supervise inventory and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies promptly.
