Role & Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and monitor the store's action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring continuous assessment and improvement.
- Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition, and integrate insights into the store action plan.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values, and provide clear vision and goals for the team.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally, and ensuring consistent client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, security, and internal requirements, as well as sustainability and HR guidelines.
- Oversee and ensure accurate reporting of weekly payroll and complete monthly store schedules.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
- Commitment to innovative projects and inclusive leadership style.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasiveness.
