Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute actions accordingly.
  • Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
  • Oversee weekly payroll and complete monthly store schedules.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga behaviors.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
  • Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching.
  • Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
  • Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock.

  • 5 to 10 years of successful experience in a managerial position in the luxury retail industry.
