Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee policies and procedures in alignment with Balenciaga's Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
  • Efficiently manage daily shipping and receiving operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Receive and process merchandise.
  • Complete monthly store reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives on repair management.
  • Handle and ship repairs in a timely manner.
  • Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory to prevent discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize the stockroom to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
  • Prepare and organize annual inventory in accordance with Kering guidelines.
  • Ensure cost management aligns with budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain adequate supplies and order as necessary.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures following Balenciaga and Kering guidelines.
  • Coordinate maintenance and store planning updates with the corporate team.
  • Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Processing. Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.

Experience

A minimum of six years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
