Stock Controller

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive and process new stock deliveries and store supplies promptly.
• Maintain stockroom organization in accordance with Balenciaga standards.
• Monitor and execute shop floor replenishment throughout the day.
• Collaborate with store management and sales teams to optimize the presentation of best sellers and new collections.
• Assist the Stock Manager and Store Manager in conducting regular inventory counts.
• Monitor loss-prevention and address stock discrepancies.
• Facilitate product transfers by building strong relationships with other Balenciaga store teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
