Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process new stock deliveries and store supplies promptly.
  • Ensure stockroom organization aligns with Balenciaga standards.
  • Monitor and execute shop floor replenishment throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with store management and sales teams to optimize the presentation of best sellers and new collections.
  • Assist the Stock Manager and Store Manager in conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Participate in loss-prevention efforts and monitor stock discrepancies.
  • Facilitate product transfers by building strong relationships with other Balenciaga store teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferable skill set.

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative and computer skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Appreciation for excellent customer service. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in stock management or a related field is required.
