Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure correct processing of inter-store transfers.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies such as shopping bags and sales receipts.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Organize stock to ensure accessibility and accommodate new merchandise.
  • Partner with management and sales team to maintain correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
  • Prepare and execute inventory management in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as needed.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
  • Ensure fixtures, shelving, and lighting are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Communicate requirements for new fixtures and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing. Familiarity with JDA or similar inventory management systems. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.

Experience

A minimum of three years of operational experience in luxury retail is required.
