Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accurate processing of inter-store transfers.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Organize and maintain stock to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management and sales team to ensure correct inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
  • Prepare and execute inventory tasks in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
  • Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
  • Manage daily cleaning and upkeep of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and maintenance.
  • Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance requirements to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

Experience

A minimum of three years of operational experience in luxury retail is required.
