Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure proper processing of inter-store transfers.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Organize stock for accessibility and efficiency, ensuring new merchandise is checked in and back stock is well-organized.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention by conducting monthly cycle counts and ensuring accurate store reconciliation.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed by management.
  • Provide support to the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
  • Oversee daily store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, and lighting.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair calls to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience in luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing, and familiarity with JDA. Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise. Proven track record of driving results. Excellent organizational skills. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Talent in managing, coaching, and developing a team.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector.
