Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accurate processing of inter-store transfers.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies such as shopping bags and sales receipts.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts and manage inventory in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising as per company standards.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
  • Oversee daily store maintenance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Manage maintenance and repair calls to ensure quality meets company standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise. Proven ability to drive results. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector.
