Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Manage inter-store transfers and ensure correct processing.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
  • Partner with management and sales teams to manage store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
  • Prepare and execute inventory management in collaboration with Inventory Control.
  • Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, including fixtures, shelving, and lighting.
  • Manage maintenance and repair calls to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing, and JDA. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

Experience

A minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector is required.
