Role & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and engage customers.
Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, ensuring resolution to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
Be aware of daily sales targets and utilize appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and adhered to.
Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
Open and close the store according to business needs and company security rules.
Perform additional duties as necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.

Qualifications

Senior profile with substantial experience in a similar role.
Experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction.

Skills

Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment. Proficient in initiating contact and communication. Motivated team player with a common goal. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Experience

Significant experience in customer-facing roles within the luxury retail sector.
