Role & Responsibilities
- Complete assembly of prototypes, models, or custom orders.
- Interpret patterns, technical files, and sketches.
- Conduct alterations, adjustments, and refinements post fittings.
- Propose technical solutions to enhance garment feasibility and quality.
- Adhere to quality, finishing, and deadline standards.
- Collaborate with model makers, stylists, and the workshop lead.
- Contribute to the transmission of expertise to assistants, apprentices, and interns.
Qualifications
- Formal training in Fashion Design or equivalent (CAP/BEP/Bac Pro in Fashion and Apparel).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Proven expertise in hand and machine assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, fabrics, and textile behavior.
- Proficiency in operating industrial machines (flatbed, overlock, coverstitch as needed).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to product quality and detail.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines (collections, fashion shows).
- Experience in Haute Couture/Flou is required.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the luxury or high-end fashion sector, with specific experience in Haute Couture/Flou.
Education
CAP/BEP/Bac Pro in Fashion Design or equivalent.
