Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the sales ceremony, including customer reception and advisory services.
- Present Balenciaga's image and products in a relevant and engaging manner.
- Support the follow-up of alterations.
- Collect and update customer contact information.
- Aid in the reception, labeling, and display of products.
- Participate in product replenishment and store organization.
- Contribute to inventory preparation.
- Support stock organization.
Qualifications
- Beginner in sales with a strong interest in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Impeccable presentation, service orientation, and persuasive skills.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
