Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the sales ceremony, including customer reception and consultation.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a relevant and compelling manner.
- Support the follow-up of alterations.
- Collect customer information for record-keeping and updates.
- Aid in the reception, tagging, and display of products.
- Participate in product replenishment and store organization.
- Assist in inventory preparation.
- Support stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Beginner in sales with a strong interest in luxury fashion, accessories, or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Impeccable presentation, service orientation, and persuasive skills.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
