Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service, including greeting, advising, and selling to clients.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a relevant and compelling manner.
- Offer personalized advice to clients to enhance sales and expand the client database.
- Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
- Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and updates to the client database.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Replenish stock and maintain the boutique's organization.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client base.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
